We can accomodate online payment for everyone, but please read carefully before paying to ensure that you are using the correct checkout page with the correct VAT/GST/sales tax!
The following terms describe the ‘Online Payment Rules’:
Due to complex VAT/GST/sales tax regulations, Increase Well Production only accepts orders using this checkout for the following customers:
- Businesses & consumers from Australia, Canada (but excluding the Saskatchewan province), Egypt, Ghana, Indonesia, Jordan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Oman, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates, USA.
- Businesses from EU
Any customer resident of another location must not use the current checkout page to pay for his order (use this one instead ‘Checkout with VAT‘). To discourage online payment of such customer using the current checkout page, a special tax rate of 100% is applied.
If you see a tax rate of 100% applied to your order, then do not proceed with payment. Your order will be canceled and you will not be reimbursed of the payment processing fees incurred.
If you see no tax rate applied or at the rate in line with your place of residence, then you can use this online payment method.
For customers non resident of EU, please select “Other” in the ‘EU VAT’ section.
If you see a tax rate of 100% applied to your order, then go to the ‘Checkout with VAT‘ page to raise your order.
